Delivery
We deliver across Ghana and send abroad by courier. The price for your address shows at checkout, before you pay.
Ready-made pieces leave Accra within 1 to 2 working days.
Custom pieces leave once they are made, usually 5 to 7 working days.
Returns
If a ready-made piece arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, message us within 7 days and we will put it right.
Custom pieces are made for you, so we can't take them back. We go over every detail with you before we start.
Jewellery care
Take your pieces off before you shower, swim or put on perfume and lotion.
Keep each piece in its box so the wire holds its shape.
Brass darkens over time. Wipe it with a soft dry cloth to bring back the shine.
If a coil gets bent, ease it back gently with your fingers.
